The Santorini Cable Car, or Teleferico, is a pulsed gondola lift that climbs the sheer volcanic cliffs between the Old Port of Gialos and the town of Fira. The upper station sits at an altitude of two hundred twenty meters, providing a quick transition from the seaside landing to the clifftop streets. Each cabin holds six passengers, moving them up the cliffside in about three minutes.
