Mutrah Corniche

The Mutrah Corniche is a three-kilometer-long waterfront promenade in Muscat, defined by a red granite walkway and sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman, where white-washed buildings and traditional dhow boats sit beneath the rugged peaks of the Hajar Mountains. This strip once functioned as a major commercial center for the medieval maritime spice trade, connecting Omani merchants to global shipping routes.
