The Belmont-Paul Women's Equality National Monument is a three-story brick house standing at the corner of Constitution Avenue and Second Street, Northeast. Built in eighteen hundred, it is one of the oldest residences on Capitol Hill. The building is distinguished by a stained-glass fan window above its front entrance, which illuminates a hall containing marble busts of women who led the movement for gender equality.
