The Obama Presidential Center

museum

The Obama Presidential Center is defined by a two hundred twenty-five-foot-tall stone museum tower that rises above the landscape of Jackson Park. Opened in June twenty twenty-six, this nineteen-point-three-acre campus serves as a center for civic engagement, housing an interactive museum, a public library branch, and athletic facilities. The site was chosen by President Barack Obama to anchor the project in the South Side community that shaped his early career and values.
