The Hajinski House, situated on Neftchilar Avenue near the Maiden Tower, is distinguished by seven spires of varying heights and a colorful corner tower. Completed in nineteen twelve, this five-story mansion was commissioned by Isa Bey Hajinski, an oil magnate and philanthropist who rose to prominence during the Baku oil boom. Its architecture is a blend of Gothic, Baroque, and Modern styles, featuring limestone carvings and Assyrian-inspired mosaic motifs. The building was designed with such distinct façades that each side creates the impression of an entirely different structure.
