Pho Tien Thanh is a narrow restaurant on Ossington Avenue, recognizable by its dusty-rose and powder-blue interior and the sign in the window that reads "I Love Pho Forever." Founded in nineteen ninety-five by Tuan Vo, who left Vietnam in nineteen eighty-five, the shop emerged during a period when this street was home to a dense cluster of Vietnamese noodle houses.
