Pâtisserie Bennis Habous is identified by its facade featuring colorful ceramic tiles and a carved wooden door. Located in the Habous district of Casablanca, this family-owned shop has been operating since the nineteen thirties. It was founded by Heij Hamouda, who moved to the city from Fez and initially sold his handmade cookies, such as the crumbly ghriyba bahla, to neighbors.
