Beiyuanmen

Beiyuanmen is a five-hundred-meter street paved with dark stone, located directly north of the Xi'an Drum Tower. It is recognizable by its dense concentration of food stalls, neon signage, and the constant movement of crowds between the traditional grey-brick buildings that line the path. These buildings follow the architectural styles of the Ming and Qing dynasties, reflecting the long-standing character of the neighborhood.
