One Park Plaza is a twenty-two-story office tower distinguished by a bronze-colored glass skin and protruding, tower-like corners. Completed in nineteen seventy-one for the developer Realtech Company, it stands at three thousand two hundred fifty Wilshire Boulevard. The building was the first major sole-credit project by architect Anthony J. Lumsden, who served as the director of design for the firm Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall.
