Harvard Hall

Harvard Hall is distinguished by its brick and brownstone exterior and a prominent cupola. It sits at the edge of Harvard Yard as a classroom building, though it is the third structure to carry this name on the same site. The previous building was destroyed in a fire on January twenty-fourth, seventeen sixty-four, which consumed nearly all of the college library and a vital collection of scientific instruments.
