The Living Arts Village is a one-hectare creative hub on Stung Thmey Street defined by its open-air workshops where artisans practice traditional Cambodian crafts. It grew from a vocational training project launched in nineteen ninety-two to revive Khmer techniques—like stone carving, silk weaving, and lacquerwork—that nearly vanished during the Khmer Rouge era.
