The Jardins de l'Europe is a three-hectare English-style park defined by its dense collection of rare and exotic trees, including giant sequoias and ginkgo biloba, set directly along the edge of Lake Annecy. The park occupies a former marshy islet that once sat outside the city walls, known for centuries as the Pré Lombard.
