Pont Perrière

The Pont Perrière spans the Thiou River, a short waterway that drains Lake Annecy through the city’s historic center. This stone bridge features three arches and serves as a primary vantage point for viewing the Palais de l’Île, the iconic, triangular stone structure that rises directly from the riverbed. While the bridge is a frequent stop for visitors seeking a photograph of the Palais, it is also a functional part of the Old Town’s infrastructure, connecting the quays on either side of the canal.
