You will know you have reached the shop by the handmade ceramic owls and other pottery that fill its interior, earning it the nickname the house of the owls among some locals. This store, located on the fourth street west in Antigua, is a center for traditional Guatemalan sweets. Its shelves are stocked with varieties like candied figs, marzipan, and milk-based treats known as canillitas de leche.
