The Mohan Building is a long, rambling structure on Old Taluk Cacheri Road that stands out for its worn facade and an interior courtyard hidden from the street. Built in nineteen oh nine by the businessman Haji Sir Ismail Sait, it originally served as a residence for his family and was known as the Ahmed Building.
