Rokuyosha sits along Kawaramachi-dori, marked by a brown, brick-style signboard that distinguishes it from the surrounding storefronts. Established in nineteen fifty, the cafe occupies two levels, with an original basement space and a street-level shop added sixteen years later. The name originates from a pre-war arrangement where six different owners shared the same facility, a practice that ceased long ago, though the title remained.
