The Obelisk Tomb and Bab as-Siq Triclinium are identified by the four tall, pointed obelisks that crown the upper facade of the rock-cut monument. Carved into the sandstone cliffs by the Nabataeans in the first century, the structure consists of two distinct levels. The upper portion functions as a tomb, with the four obelisks—the highest reaching seven meters—serving as symbolic representations of the five individuals buried inside.
