Frida Kahlo Museum

The Frida Kahlo Museum is defined by its striking cobalt-blue exterior walls, a color chosen by the artist and her husband, Diego Rivera, in nineteen forty-one. Known as La Casa Azul, or the Blue House, this building at Londres two hundred forty-seven was Kahlo's birthplace in nineteen oh seven and remained her primary residence throughout her life. Her father, Guillermo Kahlo, originally had the structure built in nineteen oh four on property that was once part of a larger hacienda.
