Süreyya Opera House

The Süreyya Opera House is identifiable by its ornate, cream-colored facade featuring sculptural reliefs and neoclassical detailing that stands out against the bustling storefronts of Bahariye Avenue. The architect, Kegham Kavafyan, modeled the foyer after the Champs-Élysées Theatre in Paris and patterned the interior after German opera houses.
