Teşvikiye Palas is a grand apartment building in the Teşvikiye neighborhood, recognizable by the striking fifteen-meter-high stone wall that rises along one of its sides. Built in the nineteen thirties by a contractor named Abdülkadir Bey, the structure was originally designed with a generous set-back from the street.
