Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas

Maçka Palas is an eight-story building in the Nişantaşı district, easily identified by its wide facade designed in the style of a Milanese palazzo. Completed in nineteen twenty-two, the building was commissioned by the Italian merchant Vincenzo Caivano. He initially intended it as a residence for the staff of the Italian Embassy, which sits directly across the street.
