The İzmir Palas in the Harbiye neighborhood of Istanbul is an apartment building recognized as one of the final examples of the First National Architectural Movement. Designed by architect Jacques D'Armi and completed in nineteen twenty-five, the building features an eclectic style defined by its pointed-arched entrance and a prominent domed viewing tower.
