Fitaş Pasajı is a commercial building on İstiklal Avenue that stands out for its modern façade, characterized by vertical panels that evoke the layered, colorful signage common on the street in the nineteen-seventies. Built in the mid-sixties, the structure occupies a distinct place in the city's collective memory, having once housed one of the largest cinemas in the Beyoğlu district, the first Mudo store, and a concert hall that hosted prominent bands of the nineteen-seventies.
