Tricker's at sixty-seven Jermyn Street features rows of dark, wooden cabinets lining the interior walls, each labeled with the names and sizes of the shoes housed within. These oak fittings were installed when the shop opened in nineteen thirty-eight. Jagged scratch marks are visible on the surface of the woodwork, left behind by flying glass when bombs struck the street during the London Blitz of the Second World War.
