Packard Hall

Packard Hall is a two-story brick building on the Tufts University campus, identifiable by its high-pitched roof and a half-hexagonal turret on the exterior. Constructed in eighteen fifty-six, it was the second building built on Walnut Hill and originally served as a dormitory known as Building A. Students lived on the upper floors while a dining hall occupied the lower level, and a barn at the rear housed both farm animals and the college’s toilet facilities.
