Anderson Fair is a baby-pink, barn-shaped music venue that hides on Grant Street in the Montrose neighborhood. Founded in nineteen sixty-nine by Marvin Anderson and Gray Fair, it began as a restaurant serving spaghetti and tacos. The building itself is an architectural patchwork, featuring materials salvaged from a nineteenth-century downtown structure and sections that date back to an eighteen nineties law office.
