Banlle Vegetarian Restaurant

Banlle is a vegetarian restaurant set within a traditional Cambodian wooden building on Street Twenty-six. Its name is the Khmer word for vegetable, a nod to the organic urban garden that surrounds the property. The restaurant occupies about one thousand two hundred square meters, with an air-conditioned dining room downstairs and an open-air balcony upstairs that looks directly over the raised garden beds where much of the produce is grown.
