Brockton Point Lighthouse

The Brockton Point Lighthouse is marked by a thirty-five-foot white hexagonal tower that sits at the easternmost point of Stanley Park. Built in nineteen fourteen, the structure features a red lantern and an arched base that allows people to pass directly underneath along the shoreline. It replaced an earlier, more rudimentary light first established in eighteen ninety to guide vessels through the narrow, shifting waters of Burrard Inlet.
