The Hommage à Jean Moulin is a sculpture dedicated to the memory of the French resistance leader who served as a government official in this very town. Before he became the primary figure in unifying the internal French Resistance, Jean Moulin was assigned to the one hundred and seventeenth air battalion stationed in Issy-les-Moulineaux in nineteen thirty-eight.
