Chhote Batashewala Gumbad

The Chhote Batashewala Gumbad is a small, octagonal Mughal-era tomb located within the Batashewala Complex, just north of the larger Humayun’s Tomb site. It is defined by its octagonal central chamber and a surrounding arcade that features arched openings on all eight sides. Originally adorned with intricate floral and geometric plasterwork, the structure was once a richly decorated monument from the late sixteenth or early seventeenth century.
