Tōnosawa Ichinoyu Honkan is a four-story wooden structure nestled above the Hayakawa River Gorge, identifiable by its traditional sukiya-style architecture and its long history in the Hakone region. Founded in sixteen thirty, this inn was the first to open in the Tonosawa district, eventually earning recognition as a registered National Tangible Cultural Property.
