Yaguchi Shoten is defined by its three-story wooden facade, which stands as a rare survivor in the Jimbocho district. Above the entrance, a hand-painted sign displays the shop’s name in Showa-era calligraphy, sheltered by a green awning. Founded in nineteen eighteen, the shop remains in its original building, maintaining a focus on film, theater, scripts, and drama.
