This structure functions as the flagship location for a Japanese retail chain that began in nineteen eighty as a tiny used manga shop in Nakano Broadway. Founded by the manga artist Masuzo Furukawa, the company expanded over decades to become a major destination for collectors of anime, manga, and vintage pop culture merchandise.
