Hirose Entertainment Yard, known to regulars as HEY, is a multi-story arcade located along the main Chuo Dori road in Akihabara. You can identify the building by an orange sign positioned near the tax-free shops, tucked between other large electronic entertainment venues. Inside, the space is divided across several floors, each housing a specific concentration of gaming history and current play.
