Kapitan Keling Mosque

The Kapitan Keling Mosque is defined by its large, ochre-yellow walls and its collection of copper-clad domes and turrets. Built in eighteen hundred and one, it is the oldest formally established mosque in George Town. The structure sits at the corner of Buckingham Street and the road that bears its name, Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling.
