Nevería Roxy is defined by its long-standing soda-fountain aesthetic, a style characterized by mid-twentieth-century design that has persisted since the shop opened in the Condesa neighborhood in nineteen forty-six. The establishment originated from the memories of its founder, Carlos Gallardo, who sought to recreate the flavors of the white lemon ice cream he enjoyed as a child in Jalisco.
