The Council Hall, often referred to as Yishi Hall, sits as the primary meeting space within the Mu Mansion, a historic complex located at the base of Lion Hill in Lijiang. This structure was once the administrative heart where the Mu rulers, known as the Tusi, gathered with their advisers and representatives to conduct official business and manage community affairs.
