Kuzguncuk Mosque

The Kuzguncuk Mosque is defined by its shared geography with the neighboring Surp Krikor Lusavoriç Armenian Church. The two structures sit close to one another near the Bosphorus shore, and their domes are built to the same height. This mosque, completed in nineteen fifty-two, was constructed on land contributed by the Armenian community. Construction funds for the project included donations from members of that same congregation, who helped finance the work.
