St Bartholomew's Hospital, known locally as Barts, holds the distinction of being the oldest hospital in the United Kingdom still providing medical care on its original site. You can recognize the hospital entrance by the statue of King Henry the Eighth positioned above the main gate, which was completed in seventeen oh two.
