The Posner Center for International Development is recognizable by its historic heavy timber framing and a bright, airy interior designed to showcase the massive exposed wood beams of its original structure. Built in the eighteen-seventies, the building first served as a horse barn for the Denver Horse Railway Company before later housing a local moving and storage business.
