The mural titled Power and Equality spans a massive wall at the intersection of Larimer and twenty-seventh streets. You can identify the work by its signature palette of black, red, and yellowish-cream, which frames the face of a Black woman gazing directly outward. Below her portrait, the phrases Power and Equality and Power to the People appear in bold, stylized lettering.
