Giralda Plaza

Giralda Plaza is a six-hundred-foot-long pedestrian walkway that defines the heart of downtown Coral Gables. You can pick it out by the absence of cars and the thick canopy of restaurant tables, umbrellas, or seasonal art installations that often hover above the street. Before two thousand seventeen, this single city block was a two-lane road with narrow sidewalks that struggled to support the businesses lining the curb.
