Chef Creole Seasoned Restaurant is marked by a distinctive mural on its exterior wall showing a fisherman reeling in a massive blue marlin. Founded by Wilkinson Ken Sejour and his late brother Jude Pierre, this establishment began in nineteen ninety-two as a small takeout spot. It has since grown into a local institution known for Caribbean-style seafood, including conch, fried snapper, and seasoned shrimp, prepared with a blend of Creole spices, citrus, and Scotch bonnet peppers.
