Ainsworth Elementary School sits in the southwest hills of Portland as the city's longest continuously running elementary school. You can identify the site by its three-story brick building, which was designed by architect F. A. Naramore in the spirit of English Renaissance schools. The structure was completed on the eve of the First World War and officially dedicated on February ninth, nineteen fourteen.
