The Maison des Pratiques Artistiques Amateurs, or MPAA Saint-Blaise, occupies a building that once served as a public library in the twentieth arrondissement. Since opening its doors in twenty eleven, this site has functioned as a cultural hub for the city of Paris, dedicated to supporting amateur artists. It was the first of the five branches of the MPAA organization to provide dedicated rehearsal spaces for theater, music, and dance.
