Espace Miramar

cultural

The Espace Miramar occupies the ground floor of a grand building at the corner of the Boulevard de la Croisette and Rue Pasteur. This cultural venue sits within the Palais Miramar, a structure that dates back to nineteen twenty-nine. Originally built as a luxury hotel, the building was the vision of Nice lawyer Pierre Bermond and designed by the architects Dalmas and Alexandre Arluc. It features a blend of Belle Époque and Art Deco styles, and it once offered two hundred and eighty rooms across seven floors before its conversion into a private residence in nineteen fifty-five.
