The Anse de la Fausse Monnaie is a small, rocky cove defined by the stone arches of a viaduct that carries the Corniche Kennedy road directly above the water. Nestled at the base of the Endoume neighborhood, this sheltered inlet serves as a harbor for traditional wooden fishing boats, known as pointus, which are pulled onto an inclined concrete ramp beneath the bridge.
