Odori occupies a corner of a cobbled square in central Athens, distinguished by a botanical theme that carries through its outdoor seating area. The name is the Italian word for smells, a reference to the aromas of the herbs and spices used in its kitchen and at its bar. It is known as the first vermuteria in Greece, a concept focused on the Italian tradition of drinking vermouth.
