Gioras Wood Medieval Mykonian Bakery, found along the narrow lane of Ignatiou Basioula, appears as a typical white-washed Mykonian house that reveals nothing of the activity inside. The building itself dates back to the eighteenth century, and it houses the oldest working bread oven on the island. While the structure is an impressively tall stone building with thick walls and wooden ceiling beams, its location underground keeps it hidden from the street.
