The Pozsonyi úti Református Egyházközség temploma, or the Thanksgiving Church, stands out for its imposing, separate bell tower and a grand colonnade that faces the Danube river. Designed by architects Imre Tóth and Jenő Halászy and consecrated in nineteen forty, the building is anchored by a massive reinforced concrete structure required to stabilize the site’s soft, filled soil.
